Co worker - “Are you a goth?”

Me - *laugh* “Ha, No”

Co-worker - “Are you a emo?”

Me - *odd face* “No!”

Co-worker - “Then what are you then?”

You see, I don’t get why people have to label themselves one thing or the other - as on another co-worker asking the co-worker who asked me (work that line through your head slowly, you’ll get what I mean) the same question, she replied “I don’t know what I am, I’m just me”, in which I replied - “Ha yes! Exactly!” - indicating of course that I didn’t understand why I had to be placed under a label and I couldn’t just be ‘me’.

I’m guessing this all came up because so far they know my taste in music is somewhat different to all of theirs, and hence forth the associations with that are made.

Quite tired today, the heat is giving me a real beating. I hope this weekend is nice though. Oh just looked at five day forecast and it says rain :(

Today at work I conversed with collegues about sex lives, life and relationships (of course none of these were about my own sex life, life or relationships - cause I save that for certain people’s ears only) - it was interesting to see people’s views on it, and to see how some people have yet to really learn anything about life. As in sometimes you need to stop worrying, because ultimately nothing matters…

Yay! Two days till I go away. Can’t wait. Two more work shifts and then I’m off in my car filled with stupidly expensive petrol.

I need to buy a gazebo…

My car being a pain the ass lately. Most people will know it was a temperamental bastard since the Manics Manchester fiasco, though since then I have learnt how to deal with it’s random moodswings. It was being an idiot when I drove to Lincoln yesterday and this morning for the first time ever, it decided to stall while enroute to work.
