Getting there with the pc stuff. Going to give this lightroom business a bash tonight - am worried I’ll break or delete something accidentally though.

Not bad going sesh today, lots more software installed, getting to that point now where I’ll only be left with that stuff that only needs to be installed when I get round to needing it. Cool.

Am trying to sort out my backup stuff though ha, it’s everywhere, well it should be on my old ext hd but it’s on my photo one gargh. Oh well, will sort it out with time. Problem is I’m hoarding like hell as per usual.

I’m looking forward to using virtual desktops, hopefully will force me to be far more focused when I do tasks. Plus having four wallpapers is cool.

Got a mighty cough, feel groggy, no idea why. I blame southern germs. In fact feel very worn out, not good.

Oh fook I think my laptop is actually dead. It won’t charge at all now. Nowww what do I do?

Okay, after some mild thought I’ve realised that I do really need to think about bands to see at the festivals I’m going to. I mean the line ups are like a big mix, it’s like 50% hurrah and 50% who the hell are they?/Crapp. Pity I can’t create my own hybrid of festivals by merging the bands I like into one heh.

Fortunately there are practically no repeats between line ups which is nice, as unless they were someone exceptionally awesome I wouldn’t fancy paying lots of money to see the same crappy bands over and over.

I should probably wait till the line ups are pretty much all announced before I start making decisions and I do a cheeky by downloading and printing off rough pdf times from the official sites.

So yeah a low down of upcoming festival goodness.

A wee bit sleep deprived (though that’s nothing new), plenty to do, busy busy, sleep first, think later. I need to make a list but I can’t be arsed at the moment and I feel rather sleepy and I think I may sleep in a mo.

Anyhow, the most important thing is that it looks like I shall be going to Download as I have now purchased my ticket annndd through some magical means, I think I may have at last got my hands on a Reading ticket - Woooo!

No idea how I’m going to fund this all, though I shall worry about that later.

Theatre in Lunnndunnnn was good yes, though for future reference I must remember not to drink before going to see the show. This not only makes you more likely to fall over and die when you try to get to your seat in the dark but also you might end up almost passing out when you start sobering up and start feeling tired during the show. More on that later though, maybe, depending on if I can be arsed.

Yeah I think I shall sleep, my brain dribbled out my ear about half an hour ago and I don’t think it’s coming back until I’m unconscious.

Well tomorrow I shall be a) getting paid, b) going to work and c) off to Essex in the evening in prep for theatre in Lunnndunnn. Hurrah some excitement at long last, I thought I was going to go mad.

Pc is coming along nicely, I need a proper session on that when I return. but slowly and surely I’m getting things back to the way they are. Kinda. It should be all good and tasty once I’ve done with.

Tom’s advised me to flash my bios to keep it up to date, though the idea scares me somewhat for the time being so I’ll leave that for now. After the initial disbelief and paranoia I’m finally starting to let the warm proud feelings seep in and I feel rather good about my achievement - alas it’s not such a big thing in itself, but it’s just something I’d wanted to do for a long time and I finally have.

Oh and yes I declare that my Cv is DONE! Fecking hell. One down, more to go.

Right I better go and do some light packing and sleepppp. Oh darn better but the camera on charge.

Things should be going good, things are good in one sense, but then when shit hits the fan and you try and brace yourself but you still get knocked down. You can’t help but wonder - “you got to be kidding me right”?

I’ve had some very very horrible things said to me today and I thought I was out for the count. But I keep thinking about that line - that 1% of life is the things that happen to you and 99% is how you react to it.

So let me ask myself, so…what now? What am I going to do now?

Keep on going I guess. Keep with the schedule, as one would say - the show must go on.
