Fifth day of oldness

Mood : tired
Curently Listening to : Porcupine Tree - Hatesong

Well…

Again the weather and laziness hindered my plans to go to Lincoln and take photos.  Instead I found myself helping out my brother’s girlfriend in some talking book project. My participation was to record and insert some sound into a powerpoint - intriguing. Though it was kinda annoying because I was just about to have my breakfast of bacon and toasted waffles -  mm it was a good combo, but my bro had got here before I even had a chance to take a bite. Meh.

But yeah I spent most the afternoon doing that, being cold and drinking tea, my evening then finished with larking about on twitter and playing DS. Ha it’s quite good now that everyone has twitter, you can have full blown conversations and all but everyone can be in different locations and don’t even have to be on the net. I should get my free txts back so I can take full use of it, but meh so poor!

My official DS filters arrived today - yay! And I fitted them earlier, they’re awesome, went on like a treat and they don’t scratch and the screen is so clear and bright now teehee. But I still go blind when I play tetris :/

London coming up, Kazzie has managed to sort stuffs out, should be cool though we’re all skint as hell. But I guess surely the idea is that you don’t need money to have fun, right?

I had a really weird quite vivid dream last night, I kinda forgot about it then I get triggers where I remember bits of it. Was very very strange, considerig it involved someone I barely know or have contact with.

I found myself looking at my polariod photos earlier, I’d forgotten how much I love polariods I definitely have to take more sometime though the film is quite expensive unfortunately. Still - totally love it.

Hmm I need to pack?

Some shots from my birthday meal, alas there’s always room for some arty photolising action.

And a kinda Muser Tribute to Alice who likes taking photos of lamps! :)

Mood : Tired
Curently Listening to : Porcupine Tree - Halo

My day started off as a lazy one, I had intended to get up early and grab a nice shower and wash my hair and be nice and stuffs. But instead I got up with just enough time to throw on some clothes and whizz into town to meet Dannii and Laura for lunch.

My third day oldeness

Mood : busy
Curently Listening to : that myspace artist

So today I had to nip along to the job centre and again it was quite good because I had someone who was being trained again, so nice and easy and not so intimidating. Though the job points are starting to infuriate me somewhat as they damn hell need recalibrating as the touch screens don’t half do what they’re supposed to do grr.

Second day of oldesness

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

Mood : boozehound
Watching : Batman Begins

Well today mainly consisted of getting up late, photographing an eight sail windmill and dottering about the place. While also somewhat got pissed off because I found out My Vitriol gig has been postponed.  So now I have train tickets that I don’t know what to do with.

Now I’m watching Batman begins while scoffing kettle chips and drinking blood orange cobra and now my head feels funny.

Garden State

Mood : sigh
Curently Listening to : Explosions in the sky - Six days at the bottom of the ocean

A film that Darren’s always seems to be telling me to watch, probably because it’s one of his favourite films and it has an ace soundtrack to go with.

It’s alright, a very Lost in Translation vibe about it, it’s one of those films where nothing really happens but it does at the same time. I’m still undecided about whether I’m into these sort of films or not, every time I watch them they leave me with this strange sense of oddity.

Tropical World

A few cool shots from Tropical world, since I had a chance to shoot a small waterfall.
